• Prices may vary depending on weight, size, quality, and market fluctuations.

• Product images are for representation purposes only; actual products may slightly differ in size, cut, or appearance.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders once placed cannot be modified. Cancellations are accepted only if the order is not yet processed.

• Payments can be made through available secure gateways (UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, COD if available).

• In case of failed transactions, Fresh ‘O’ Fish will not be liable for delays but will assist in resolving the issue.

3. Delivery

• We aim to deliver fresh products within the promised time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

• Delivery is currently available in Ranchi and selected nearby areas.

• Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details. Failed delivery due to incorrect details will not be refunded.

4. Product Usage

• Fresh ‘O’ Fish is not responsible for product spoilage due to improper handling, storage, or delayed cooking by the customer.

• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we ensure hygienic handling, Fresh ‘O’ Fish will not be liable for indirect damages, misuse, or allergic reactions.

• All disputes are subject to Ranchi jurisdiction only.
